SEASONAL Workers Wanted

for the Jobs for Nature programme

WAI Wānaka has partnered with the Ministry for Primary Industries to support nature-based job creation and deliver measurable environmental benefits to the farming sector and wider Upper Clutha community.

We are looking for SEASONAL Workers from mid-March through to May 2021.

On-farm work activities may include site preparation, planting, plant maintenance, rabbit and other pest control, repairing of fences, biodiversity monitoring. You must be physically fit, hardworking and happy to work in varying weather and terrain.

Planting or on-farm experience would be helpful but is not necessary as full training and supervision will be provided. You must also be committed to safe working practices and above all else, passionate about the environment and excited to be part of creating a more positive future for our community.

Part time and full time positions are available.
